I really hope someone can help!
On 9th Jan my account was temporarily disable for 3 days. It took almost a week and messaging back and forth before they set my profile live again, including my business page.
My problem now is that it won't let me log in! So I'm in a worse position as I'll have customers messaging etc and I can't log in to reply.
This is what happens when I try. I have also tried logging in on a browser, and changing passwords etc.
